SUMMER WOW
WOMEN ON WEIGHTS – is an ONLINE (ZOOM) full-body movement class designed to challenge Strength, Balance, Core!
Dates: July 1st - September 30th (no classes: 7/29, & 9/2)
Day/time: Mondays 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Cost: 12-week Session $150 | $16/Drop-in
Equipment: A mat, resistance band, large ball, & dumbbells.

YOGA ON THE LAWN
Soothe neck, wrists, and shoulder gardening muscles, release low-back & hips, and cultivate a strong bridge between body and mind.
Day/time/dates: Wednesdays 12-1PM, June: 5, & 26 July: 17 & 31 August: 14

Please bring: a mat, and other props you enjoy using (blocks/blanket).
STRONG MOBILITY YOGA
Improve posture, strength, & reduce stress using a combination of deep breathing, yoga poses, & resistance band movements.
Day: Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30 PM
Dates: June: 4, 11, 18, & 25
Cost: 4-week session $60, Drop-in $16

Please bring: a mat, resistance band & any props that may add comfort to your practice (blocks/blanket).

PILATES
Align, strengthen, and balance your postural muscular system.
Dates: Oct. 11 - Nov 15
Day/time: Wednesdays 5:30-6:20 PM
Cost: 6-week Session $78
Equipment: A mat & Pilates ring
Your favorite core, balance, and light-strength exercises using the gentle resistance of a Pilates ring. Classes are low impact, move at a gradual pace, enhance mind-body connection, and allow time for deepening your flexibility. All levels welcomed.

Movement suggestions–Becky demonstrates ways to increase or decrease movement-level, and encourages everybody to move at a pace/level that’s best for them.

CLASS DETAILS:
Yoga:
Mindful Movement Yoga is about moving & feeling better. Yoga poses taught with an emphasis on listening to your body, choosing supportive postures, and practicing stillness. Potent skills that are helpful in daily life.
Pilates:
Your favorite mat-based core exercises using gentle resistance (Pilates circle & resistance band). Classes are low impact, move at a gradual pace, and allow time for deepening your breath & flexibility.
For inspired beginners, and experienced movers alike.
Core-Flow:
A low impact class, focused on whole-body strength, flexibility, stability, with an emphasis on the abdominals, back, and hips. A fantastic class for those looking to connect and strengthen their core.
WOW– Women On Weights:
A full-body strength training program, designed for midlife women. Class focuses on: mobility warm-ups, dumbbell strength-sets, core engagement, and balance. This is an ongoing class using a variety of equipment (see session description). This class is NOT pink dumbbells, made-up women in LuLulemon, burning calories to “earn” a salad for dinner! We are successful, busy women, juggling responsibilities, who want to feel strong, capable, and challenged. YOU IN??
Band Class:
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, or want to increase strength. Incorporating resistance-bands into your movement routine, provides challenge to your skeletal, and muscular system.
Class includes: mindful breathing, seated and standing strength work, plus balance practice. You’ll strengthen muscles, maintain bone density, release neck and back tension, and improve stability, balance, and flexibility.
Beginner WOW:
This at-home 45 minute full-body strength training sequence is your insurance against muscle and bone loss! Reap the benefits of weight-lifting, while supported in a chair. This class is for you if you’re new to strength training, want to increase lean mass, or are restarting after an illness, injury.
