TIME/DAY:

INCLUDED: 60 minute LIVE sessions (Zoom recordings sent weekly), one private 45 minute movement/nutrition coaching consultation with Becky, weekly email check-in, personalized calorie/macronutrient calculations, PDF forms for tracking workout progress, plus journaling prompts in each stage as you implement new health-habits.

HOME EQUIPMENT NEEDS: multiple sized dumbbells, or barbell + weight plates, a yoga mat, & sneakers.

Some strength training experience is helpful, but not necessary.

I’ve been climbing up on things vacuuming ladybugs off the ceiling. I absolutely function better doing things like that than I did last summer.
